Supporting Ron Paul in 2007

Okay .... this is a very old video I created in 2007 when I worked for the Elizabeth City Area Convention & Visitors Bureau (ECACVB). During that time in the "political climate" Ron Paul had quite the support group ... enough for them to launch a Ron Paul banner on a blimp from TCOM in Elizabeth City, NC. The video is still being aired over one ECAVB's YouTube Acct (Click Here to check it out) when I originally posted it BUT I thought it was time to posted it on my blog. So, here you go...

Ron Paul Blimp Launch - December 14, 2007 from From Me to You ... Videos on Vimeo.

The blimp features a slogan that reads, "Who is Ron Paul?" the 200-foot-long blimp (larger than the famous Goodyear blimp) promotes the Texas congressman's Republican presidential bid. It was launched from the TCOM base in Elizabeth City, North Carolina on December 14, 2007. This video shows the morning Rally, Welcome, and Launching of the Blimp. This photography, video footage and creation was put together by Jessica Faulkingham (owner of From Me to You...) when she worked at Elizabeth City Area Convention & Visitors Bureau.
