My Book Review : DNF. Okay, while I LOVED "Texas Mail Order Bride" I struggled with this novel. It wasn't because I didn't like the characters or the setting because I tremendously did. It was because once I put the book down to deal with everyday life, I never felt the urge to get back to it and read more. I wasn't hooked and so I gave up around 30% of the way into it.
Nevertheless, because I LOVED "Texas Mail Order Bride" (Book 1 of this series) so much I still do recommend this novel to those who have read book 1, since you get updated all a bunch of previous characters and submerged into new ones ... you may just be hooked more than I was.

Jessica, thanks for the review and plug for my books. I really appreciate it. I'll admit that this story started a slow, but it definitely gained speed as it went. Maybe you'll enjoy book #3 better. It starts with a bang and takes you on a wild ride. Readers often say that Brett Liberty was their favorite character. I loved all the brothers. They still live deep in my heart.
