Christmas Lights in Staten Island, New York | Throwback Thursday #Videos

In December 2015 my family and I lived in Staten Island, New York. One thing I LOVED about living there is how much everyone decorated their homes for the holidays ... even for Halloween. So here is a short video of a few of my relatives and I driving, sometimes then walking some others, around Staten Island, New York with videos and photos of the Christmas Decor & Christmas Lights that we had seen. 🎄 💡 Enjoy!

Coffee is Life = Coffee Creamer is Love | Throwback Thursday #Videos

Soo ... since September 2013 I have had a different blog called Jessica's Adventures in Cooking and Baking because at that point I had become a stay-at-home mother of almost two kids and though I did not enjoy cooking (still don't) yet I enjoy baking (still do) I felt the need to record some of my successes, failures, and just random food treat thoughts that I had along the way. Below is a video that I probably should have shared over on that blog instead of this website/blog but felt inclined to share it here anyways. Technically "my vision" for this video is not what this turned out to be ... actually I like how it turned out more. Yet I'll be the first to admit this is NOT my best video creation ... but I have had these sequence photos since 2016 when this video idea was created and after recently watching an article about how I should be the one to "publish my stuff not just finish it" here you go ...

DIY Kids Crafts / Gift Idea from Kids | From My Kids to You #DIYcrafts

Are you ready for your children to give out gifts for your relatives?

Truly ... every year I always feel like I am never ready. But in this post I have one gift idea for your children to give out to a relative, friend, or teacher!

It is garden pots!

I'll admit it isn't an original idea as I got it from my cousin around 2015 when my daughter was getting into school and needing to find a creative yet cheap idea for teachers gifts. And this is what my cousin (who has four kids) said she had all of her kids do every year for their teachers as "goodbye" gifts. Yet this is my take on it ...

Women's March Highlights

Okay even as I write this I am aware that some of the Women's Marches are still going on .. and I sooo wish I could've attended one but because of the social media world that we live in I was DEFINITELY there in spirit! SOO ... First off ... check out these cool banners I created to say THANK YOU to those who WERE able to get out and support the cause!

So proud! #women #womensmarch #womensrights #humanrights #LoveTrumpsHate
