My Book Review : 4.5 out of 5 stars! Simon has been known as the Black Earl ever since he inherited his title and because of the peculiar situation that he was found in during his mistress’s death about 5 years ago. Yet, now that he has “been cleared” of any wrongdoing, his next goal is to obtain a wife in good standing to save his reputation and so he can get an heir. However, life has thrown Simon a lot of bad curveballs, will he consider Henrietta one of those bad ones or the best thing that has ever happened to him?

This historical romance was unlike any I had read before … it was intense … it was sweet … it had a mystery that kept you guessing … yet in the end it was the biggest twist of all that sets it apart and makes it unique all on its own. So, if you want a historical romance read that will keep you guessing, than this is the novel for you!

However, even with all that boastfulness about this novel it was truly Simon and Henrietta that captivated me. I liked that they both have their own “issues” or personal “deformities” to overcome, since it showed how they surmounted everything to get together. In truth, though, they fit each other perfectly in the way they looked at the world and tried to unintentionally protect one another.

In addition, the ending was very special. So, overall, I highly recommend this novel!

My Book Review : 4 out of 5 stars! Katana's (Kat) dreams are about to come true ... she just got the position to be the lead guitarist in her fave metal rock band. However, to prove herself, the band agrees to have her only be with them to record their latest record. Soon she proves herself to them while charming the pants off Klement (Klem), the lead bassist and the "band manager." Yet, with an ex and past fears trying to keep them apart, can Kat and Klement find a way to stick together through it all?

It’s one sweet erotic rockstar romance intrigued me from the beginning. Kat and Klement's attraction and chemistry fly off the pages. In addition, their relationship hooked me from the start and made me more interested in this series too.

I recommend the novel to those who are fans of Ms. Brooklyn Ann and/or to those looking for a ROCKIN'-ly sweet rockstar romance!

My Book Review : 3 out of 5 stars! Virginia (Ginny), a guidance counselor, meets Dominic (Dom), a prince, while he's making a diplomatic visit to the United States. They have a fling that leaves Ginny pregnant and Dom's father insists that they marry but because both of them have trust issues they come up with a plan to stay together for two years than divorce, all the while getting to know one another but planning on keeping love out of the equation. Soon Ginny finds that it's harder to do then she had hoped and as they get closer, will Ginny be able to prove to Dom that them as a permanent family is a good thing? Or will their plans and hopes come crumbling down around them?

While this is a sweet romance that skips over the sex scenes, it is definitely cute and keeps the readers intrigued from beginning to end. I enjoyed learning about the royal family and how all these characters interacted with one another. Plus the build-up for a story for Dom's younger brother Alex was interesting too.

Nevertheless, this novel is ALL about Ginny & Dom. Their hopes and fears are all laid bare, and though I'm still not happy with how cold Dom held himself to be for most of this novel, I enjoyed the execution of how the plot was laid out and how Ginny showed some backbone. When they weren't hiding behind their fears Ginny and Dom made a great couple!

I recommend this novel to those looking for a Cinderella-esque sweet romance.

My Book Review : 5 out of 5 stars!!!! Eve (Nesiah) has spent her life as a shadow of her true self in hopes of staving off the emotional and physical abuse she dealt with daily from her "father." Therefore, after confessing to her longtime friend about the abuse she received they device a plan to get Eve to escape. Once Eve ran away, she hides behind a false identity as a roadie and ends up meeting West (a famous lead singer). Over time, West breaks through Eve's defenses and their friendship turns into something more ... but soon Eve's past and the lies she's kept hidden come to light and might breakup the best things she's ever known. Will it all be too late to save her?

This intense YA rockstar romance had me riveted from the very beginning. I loved the innocent passion Eve shares with West and how empowered Eve becomes throughout this whole novel. Especially since the best part of this novel is the interaction that Eve has with Anne and West! All three characters were awesome and very well written! West's sweet charm and silly flirting skills opened Eve up while Anne became the friend/mother hen figure Eve never had. It's a great teen romance that has Girl Empowerment out the wazoo! It’s simply wonderful.

West and Eve have a unique connection that I'd love to read more about. And while I'm not a big fan of how the ending left things hanging between them it doesn't change my feelings about these two together. They were/are meant for one another!! I LOVE them together as they match up so well. 💗 💖

I HIGHLY recommend this YA rockstar romance!!!

I think about that a second. "I know. I want to stay in a big fancy suite in the next city."
He nods. "Deal. Only if you let me come over and ravish you with my luscious kisses."

My Book Review : 3 out of 5 stars! Under unusual circumstances, Emily finds herself a runaway bride even though she was more of a prisoner than anything else and during the same day she runs she meets Rovik, her mate who's a vicious dragon. Though Emily knows about dragons so she isn't scared, the big mystery in this novella is about her past and why the family who held her "prisoner" wants her back so adamantly.

Rovik's version of a take no prisoners everyone who threatens my mate shall die type of romance is interestingly intriguing. Yet, it didn't fully hold my interest up to the very end ... only my curiosity as I skimmed the last few chapters to see how it ended.

Nevertheless, I recommend it for those looking for a unique take on dragon shifter paranormal romances.

Therefore, even though it feels like Abigail's world is falling around her ears, when Abigail decides to show Elijah what true affection is and that it's worth it no matter what is going on becomes one of her top priorities. Yet what will happen when the town feels Elijah isn't right for her, will she allow everyone to separate them or will their relationship grow because of it?

This intensely erotic romance instantly wraps you into Abigail and Elijah's world and their growing relationship. In addition, it was so SWEET how Elijah handled Abigail, he's definitely a gentle giant at least when it comes to her. I couldn't get enough, I got addicted to the intensity.

I recommend this novel to those looking for a HOT, passionate erotic contemporary romance.
