My photography has been featured!

Well even if it's a small part, last week my photography (actually the photo to the right) was featured in the Elizabeth City Chamber of Commerce's October Newsletter. And a photo or two, from the same Rose Buddies dedication ceremony event, that I took we're in the Daily Advance's Downtowner on October 12th!!

Just some small stepping stones but I'm proud about them! =0)

Hope starts with you and me

This past week my Aunt Meg past away, she had been fighting breast cancer for 10 years and was one of the sweetest people I know. In honor of her, two of my cousins are walking in the American Cancer Society Making Strides Against Breast Cancer event so please help them by donating!

Rose Buddies 25th Anniversary Celebration

On September 18th 2008 the Elizabeth City Area Convention & Visitors Bureau held a celebration in honor of the Rose Buddies 25th Anniversary in Elizabeth City, North Carolina.

Speaker is Councilwomen Jean Baker. Special Guests are Rose Buddie Dave Thomas, Rose Buddie Joe Kramer, Rose Buddie Charlotte Thomas, and Trudy Fearing White.
