The first person that comes to mind that could help him out by lying to his potential employers, while not messing up their charade, is Daisy his downstairs apartment neighbor (who just happens to be his polar opposite).
Daisy and Linc agree to, what they call, their 'Cinderella Deal' where she'll help him out on that following Friday till midnight and then they'll fly back to where they live and go back to their lives. In return, Linc will pay for Daisy's expenses and take care of her debts.
The Deal seems to work ... and everything goes back to normal ... but when staff start questioning, "When's Daisy moving here?" and Linc can't seem to get his story straight ... Will they strike up another deal and go ahead and get married, just to please other people? When the whole charade is all said and done, will they be able to let each other go?
