"
Winter's Passage" [The Iron Fey Series, Novella 1] by
Julie Kagawa
My Book Summary : After rescuing her little brother Ethan from the Iron King's clinches, Meghan is off on a new adventure, but an adventure that she would rather not complete. The only thing that makes her go along with Prince Ash, of the Winter Court, back to his court is the sense of duty and the fact that she made a contract with him about doing so. However, as they go on they find they have a hunter after them, that will try to get to them at all costs....
My Book Review : 4 out of 5 stars! It was a great interluding book to build up to what will happen in the "
The Iron Daughter"! Cute and sweet. Makes you wonder what will happen once they arrive at the Winter Court, will Ash still protect her or will he just allow whatever the queen plans to have happen, happen?
My Previous Review(s) for this Series : Book 1
Book Teaser : "The cold has her." Grimalkin's voice seemed to come from far away. "She is already icing over. If you do not get her up now, she will die."
My eyelids were slipping shut, even though I tried keeping them open. If they closed, they would freeze and stay shut forever. I tried using my fingers to pry them open by force, but a layer of ice now covered my hands and I couldn't feel them anymore. ~ within Chapter 3
