My Book Review : 4 out of 5 stars. This novel was a mixture of what I expected and what I had not expected. Also, even though I had not read the Hunger Games series I had watched the movie versions and can definitely say that this novel felt like an adult sexualized version of the Hunger Games – game-wise only as there was no similar plots – with a Cinderellaesque twist to it. THIS NOVEL WAS SOOOOOOOOOO HOT!!!

My Book Summary : Erin is the new Assistant District Attorney in Baton Rouge, Louisiana and she's already fighting with judges trying to keep the bad guys in jail (or worse). But that isn't the only reason she is there, she's also trying to run away from her past and a stalker who wants her in the worst way. Everything seems to be okay then the guy she has been trying to get locked up for a while now, gets murdered right under the cops noses (in their jail cell)! Shortly after that happens she receives a message/note from her stalker, letting her know that he did it for her and he misses her. Romantic right!? *hahaa* Wrong.

Erin (who usually is afraid of nothing), asks Jude, a bounty hunter working at Night Watch, to protect her and hopefully stop this guy for good. But the stalker is trickier then they expected....

Will they be able to stop him before he kills again? Can they stop him before finally he decides to stake his claim on Erin?

As Jude and Erin get further in their search for the killer/stalker and get closer to each other .... will they be able to trust each other enough to make it through ... or will their secrets and the stalker tear them apart?

My Book Review : 4 out of 5 stars. I couldn't get enough of this book!! Jude & Erin were great characters!! I loved them as a couple! The secondary characters were good too. If the second book is just as good .. then I think this will end up being a great series!!

During those few days Piper comes to the realization that even though they both agreed that they would just be lovers, she has found that she has slowly fallen in love with Zee and now has no idea how to tell him, especially since she knows how opposed to love he is.

Then the day before they start to work on the project Piper notices that her birth control patch is no where on her body, and thinks she might be pregnant .... what will they decide to do?

My Book Review : 3 out of 5 stars, it was a good book but not as good as the previous book I've read of hers. Plus, it was a little unbelievable how accepting the main characters were to their circumstances and how easily they handled them. *shrug*

My Book Review : 4.5 out of 5 stars! Hanna recently got added to as a last-minute spot on the US women’s figure skating team for something like the Olympics, and it seems everyone really doesn’t want her there. My Book Summary : A little over a year ago Denise and her husband, Randy, went to a New Year's Eve party, at her best friend Cat's place, that turned into one of the most terrible nights of Denise's life, as that is the night of her husband's death. Since then, Denise has made a point of avoiding anything to do with the supernatural world, even if that means cutting out Cat from her life. But when her relatives start dieing around her, it does seem unusual right until it's almost to late for her, she finds out that someone is killing her family, and she just happens to be his next target. So, once she gets home she puts a call into Cat & Cat's husband, Bones, but since they haven't talked in a couple of months she finds that both of their cell phones have been disconnected within that time. Hoping to find someone to help her, Denise decides on calling the only other vampire she knows who might help her named Spade, who is also a friend of Cat & Bones.

Over the phone Spade doesn't completely believe that Denise and her family are being targeted by anyone based on description of the perpetrator she saw, but as a favor he tells her that he'll be at her place by the following afternoon to check it out. However, even before he gets into her house he knows she wasn't lying and that he killer was/is a demon he just hopes that he isn't too late. Once he gets inside her house and finds her passed out on the floor, he looks her over to make sure she's okay. But when she comes, too she tells and shows him that she has been branded by the demon and was told that the only way to get the brands off and to save the remaining members of her family is to find her relative that started it all named Nathanial.

Soon she finds that because of the brands she has powers and a growing appetite that she has to get used to, Spade and her find themselves being drawn to each other that neither can ignore and neither are always sure that they want to ignore either, and more ...

Will Denise find Nathanial before she gets in too deep in the supernatural world? Or maybe she’ll find that once she’s there, there is no other place she’d rather be ... as long as Spade is never to far away ...

My Book Review : 4 out of 5 stars, sooo much better then I expected and hoped for!! I liked Denise and Spade (especially Spade) as secondary characters in the Night Huntress series but I loved them as the main characters in this book!! I can't wait to read what will happen to them and their friends now that things have certainly changed for all of them. =0) This novel was action packed, addictive, and touching ... along with some very night romance scenes. So, if you enjoyed the stories of Cat & Bones in the Night Huntress series then I recommend you checking out this book too!

Now once Reggie wakes up from healing she will not only have to deal with the terrors that are after her, but find she's bound to a man that their laws forbid them from joining as they have. What is she going to do?

3.5 out of 5 stars. Like most of her books, this is another keeper. Written with the matriarchal aspects that P. C. Cast's House of Night series includes, just in this series those aspects have had their back turned on by most of the characters (except the main ones), makes it that much more intriguing.

In "Sweet Dreams" (part of the Halle Pumas series) by Dana Marie Bell we start up where "The Wallflower" left off during the masquerade ball with Becky and Livia fighting. The main characters in this story are Becky and Simon (the Beta of their pride), who are best friends of Emma and Max (the Alpha of their pride). Simon claims Becky as his mate and when their relationship is starting to become great someone from their recent past sneaks in to push them apart ...

2.5 out of 5 stars. I liked the story mostly because I got to read more about the main characters, Max and Emma, again. But it was cute and sexy.
